Memorandum of Understanding between Vanilla Biomatrix Sdn Bhd and Universiti Putra Malaysia have been done during Malaysian Vanilla For The World Seminar at Faculty of Engineering Auditorium , Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The conglomerate between this companies are made to share the expertise for the good of vanilla future in Malaysia. The merge will benefit current and future vanilla planters in Malaysia.

Rentak Timur Sdn Bhd recently had joined Entrepreneur Clinic held at Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya on 21 & 22 November 2007. Organised by PDN Resources (M) Sdn Bhd, the objective of this event are to expose the oppurtunity of herbal industry to entrepreneur.

Rentak Timur made its debut into USA market by participating in the All Asia Food Show held in Los Angeles Convention Centre on 11th and 12th September 2007.
